Channel Letter Signs in Monroe, LA
Your storefront sign is the first thing a customer judges you by. Channel letters are the standard for businesses that want to look established — individual, three-dimensional letters mounted to your building or a raceway, lit from inside so your name reads clean day and night.
Jackson Magee LLC designs, fabricates, and installs channel letters in-house at our Monroe shop. That matters, because a channel letter sign isn’t one product — it’s a dozen decisions: letter depth, face material, LED layout, color temperature, mounting, and how the whole thing ties into your building’s electrical and facade. When one shop handles all of it, nothing gets lost between a designer, a fabricator, and an installer who’ve never met.
We build both front-lit and halo-lit (reverse-lit) channel letters. Front-lit letters push light out through the face — bright, direct, the classic look for retail and restaurants. Halo-lit letters throw light back against the wall, giving each letter a clean glow around its edges — a sharper, more premium look that fits offices, medical buildings, and any brand that wants to read upscale after dark. We’ll walk you through both, with honest guidance on what fits your building, your budget, and your brand.
Every channel letter job starts the same way: we measure your facade, check your sign code and permitting requirements, and design the letters to fit the building — not just to fill a rectangle. Fabrication happens in-house, on our own CNC and metal equipment, so the letter that leaves the shop is the letter that was designed, with no substitutions. Installation is our crew too, including the electrical tie-in and the final aiming of the lighting.
Channel letters are one of the most common signs we install for businesses across Monroe, West Monroe, Ruston, and Rayville. If your storefront is still running a flat panel or a faded cabinet sign, channel letters are the upgrade that changes how the whole building reads from the road.
